Exclusion of liability

Legal note
With its verdict of 12 May 1998-312 O 85 / 98: "Liability for Links", the Regional Court of Hamburg ruled that when providing a link to a third party site, the party creating the link may also be responsible for the contents of the linked site. According to the court, this can only be prevented by said party explicitly disclaiming liability for the linked content. Due to the fact that we have no influence at all on the design and content of the linked sites, we hereby expressly disclaim liability for any sites with illegal content. We do not bear any responsibility for the content of the linked websites. This declaration applies to all existing links on our entire website.

1. Content of the internet offer
